AMENDMENTS OF THE CONSTITUTION

The constitution of the Association may be amended by two-third majority of the total members voting at a general meeting in the following manners.

  1. All proposals for amendments shall be submitted to the president of th Association who shall present it to the executive council for consideration
  2. The Executive Council shall forward the amendments alongwith its recommendations to General Body in its meeting.
  3. The President shall then proceed according to the rules as prescribed for the business rules of general meeting.
