1. The budget of the Association for a particular year shall be prepared and submitted to the Executive Council by the Finance Secretary with-in seven days of the installation of the executive council.
2. The executive Council shall discuss and approve the budget within one week of the date of its submission to the executive Council by the “Finance Secretary”.
3. The executive council shall regulate the expenditure according to the approved budget. However it my re-appropriate the amount allocated to different heads
4. The executive council shall appoint an auditor on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the executive council.
5. The Finance Secretary of the association shall submit all the accounts of the Association to auditor for auditing fifteen days before the date of annual general elections and shall place it before the general body in its general meeting.
