1. Removal From Office.


In case of any member of the Executive Council, a resolution for his / her removal shall be moved and passed by simple majority of the total members of the Executive Council and forwarded to General Body along with the allegations by Executive Council for consideration. Such a member shall have to right to explain his / her position before the general body. The resolution shall have to be favoured by 2 / 3 of its total members of the general body wish to remove any member of Executive Council form his / her office, they will serve in notice to that effect to the President of the Association (if such resolution is being moved against the President it will be referred to the Vice-President) mentioning allegations against the person concerned. Who will forward the notice to the general body under intimation to the alleged person and will convene the General Body meeting for the purpose, within one week of the receipt of the notice. The alleged person shall have the right to explain his / her position before the General body and the move for his / her removal if favoured by 2 / 3 of the total members of the General Body, it will become effective.
2. SUCCESSION
1. Any office falling vacant, for any reason such as.
1. Retirement form service
2. Termination from service
3. Resignation from service
4. Death
2. Shall be filled u by holding a by-election provided if falls vacant at least one month before the expiry of the term otherwise the post shall remain vacant till the next regular election.

3. EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

If one third of the total members of the General Body feel that the circumstances demand the dissolution of the Executive Council before the expiry of the terms, they will service a notice to the president to this effect. The President shall direct the Secretary to convene a meeting of the General body within one week of the receipt of such a notice.

If the meeting is not convened within the prescribed time the General Body itself can convene its meeting and consider the move. If favoured by the two thirds of the total members of the General Body, the Executive Council shall stand dissolved and fresh elections shall be held within the period determined by the General Body.

In case the Executive council is dissolved, fresh election shall be conducted by an Election Committee appointed by the simple majority of the General Body.
